Our management department looks after properties in central London and currently as far afield as Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire. Every management contract is tailored to the client’s particular requirements and the peculiarities of the property. Where we collect rent and service charges, money is held in specified, discrete client accounts.
Typically, we will deal with all tenant contact, looking after maintenance, services, insurance and collecting rents. We will prepare service charge accounts and report quarterly, bi-annually or annually as required. The management portfolio includes retail, industrial, office and residential properties ranging from a small shop in Fulham, through Kensington residential and Mayfair multi-storey parking to a single tenant office block in Kettering.
